My actual starting weigh as of this morning is 130, because I am starting the Fat Flush Plan this morning.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am starting the Fat Flush plan today as well at 132. Do you mind me asking what your goal weight is and your height? Good Luck

Of course! My goal weight is 112 and I am 5'1"...so although 130 doesn't sound like much, it is because I'm so short!

Thanks... I understand I am 5'3" and I always have a hard time determining what my "goal weight" should be. It seems like I will know when I get there! I did the Fat Flush program about two years ago and I did well. I started at 137 and got down to 125 so I know that it works. My plan this time is to stay on the lifestyle plan so that I can keep the weight off and maintain a healthy life. It is amazing to see what this combination of food can do! Stick to it and Good Luck!

What is the best way to drink this lifelong cocktail. I put ground flaxseed in it and could hardly stand it? Any advice?

I just keep the spoon handy and keep stirring it after each gulp so I don't get a big clump at the bottom. My 14 year old kept stepping back this morning when I was doing it saying "You look like you're going to hurl!" But I think it is getting easier.

Hey, I'm a short one too, 5'3" but starting at 150...blame it on the menopause. Work from home too, so know what you mean about grabbing out of the fridge when no one is looking. I did fat flush about 3 years ago..it really works! I put the flax seeds into the smoothie, they get "buried" in there somewhere so it's not like gulping down bird seed. You can also sprinkle it on your salads, toast it a bit and sprinkle on a cut up apple with cinnamon. Good to "meet" you! Hang in there, Maggie
