Day 2 of healthy eating and exercise! I am so sore, and so tired right now. Had a good workout, but man do I feel sore...so out of shape! :(
I have had so much water that I am constantly going to the bathroom, which for some reason is irritating me. Hopefully all the walking back and forth from my desk to the bathroom will burn some extra calories!
Took my measurements this morning. Very depressing.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 March 2011:
