I can tell you, those machines never stopped after I finished. Everyone wanted a go! It was great, supersetted with light squats and hip hinges. Finished with some biceps/shoulders then a loooooong stretch.

Last week I had one hour free and wanted to use that one and there was a guy with his pt doing supersets!
Well it could be worst actually. As long as you don’t leave your towel or water there and go somewhere else... no problems! 🙄

Well, when I say everyone, the gym was empty really! I do exaggerate. No-one was held up in the making of these pistons!

Yes, puregym. I have done my legs, paddling is ongoing.......now for tanning! Work can wait til sundown!

Anne, unfortunately hard choices had to be made and I went for the tanning session 😅
