I am so pleased I've lost some weight after gaining with my new scales! Haven't lost so much inch wise only 3/4 in overall but shouldn't complain, so I'll be grateful for the weight lose and bit of inches :)
Although today's outing and pizza craving got the better of me and it's a public holiday Monday, Andalucia Day and my gym is closed, bit panicked 3 days and no gym ARRRGH!! Will just have to work harder the rest of the week I guess.
