I am so pleased I've lost some weight after gaining with my new scales! Haven't lost so much inch wise only 3/4 in overall but shouldn't complain, so I'll be grateful for the weight lose and bit of inches :)

Although today's outing and pizza craving got the better of me and it's a public holiday Monday, Andalucia Day and my gym is closed, bit panicked 3 days and no gym ARRRGH!! Will just have to work harder the rest of the week I guess.

Yikes 1 pizza and it all goes horribly wrong - oh well, I have been craving pizza for at least 2 weeks so now it's out of my system (and on my hips no doubt LOL!!!)

Back to bananas and chicken salad tomorrow! I do feel bloated and I've had dairy which I shouldn't eat so my skin is itching.

Trying to drink litre of water at least today, stopped guzzling the wine anyway! :)
