I’m so excited. I lost weight years ago, but never really increased my calories. I lived on around 1200 calories for 10 years. I was thinking maintaining was hard and losing more weight was impossible. I increased my calories to 1500 a few months ago and focused on macros. I also did strength and conditioning 5-6 days a week. My weight was holding steady, but I suspected I was gaining muscle and losing fat based on clothes. I’ve kept my eating the same this week but stopped working out. I haven’t worked out since Friday. I’ve lost 2 pounds in 3 days! You don’t have to limit yourself like crazy like most people do. The key is finding you rdi. I think mine is closer to 1700

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2021:
1559 kcal Fat: 49.67g | Prot: 120.23g | Carb: 154.62g.   Breakfast: Happy Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: Tostitos Bite Size Gold Tortilla Chips, Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water (2 oz), Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Tostitos Medium Salsa. Dinner: Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Domino's Pizza 12" Hand Tossed Cheese Pizza, Domino's Pizza 12" Pan Pizza with Pepperoni. Snacks/Other: Kraft Cool Whip, Strawberries, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Honey, Nectarines, Wasa Sesame Crispbread, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Hummus. more...

The app wouldn’t let me type more, but I’m upping calories for sure when I start working out again. I bet I’ll get even better results. Btw I’ve been doing these workouts for over a year while eating 1200-1300 cal. Much better results at 1500 and now I’m sure that’s tow too.
