Lots of good going on in the world around me.

My young cousin became a certified personal trainer and opened her own fitness center in our town recently, and has been doing very well.

My wife has finally decided to jump on the fitness bandwagon thanks to her, and joined her 12 week tabata boot camp.

I'm excited for both of them!
