followed to the letter except in the weekend...hard to say no to friends when you're visiting and they keep offering forbidden food, even though you said no...but...all in all, 6 lbs is really good and I'm happy and motivated to keep it going.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
