MBA is taking all the time I had for exercise, but it will be completed this year, and I need to re-take control of my actions and get in the habit of having will power again, and stick to healthy choices. Availability of junk food and lack of time is what's driving this, then compounded with no exercise is even worse.
Work is having a weight loss competition, so this will be the motivator to get back to good health.
Fat secret has helped me before, so I know this time will be no different.
