Oh I had a bad day. I definitely went off diet today. Last night, I went to a party and was so good. I did not drink or have dessert. I drank water and ate the salad. This morning I felt hung over and starved.
Then, the binge began. I will get back on track tomorrow. It is just discouraging since I have been working so hard. I must say that I feel like I got it out of my system for a while.
I went to McDonald's for lunch and could not eat everything. I am also realizing that my cravings are shifting from junk food to vegetables.
I know I can do this. Hopefully this is just a speed bump. I will continue to exercise and work towards my goals. It just may not happen as quickly as I had hoped.
