Had a good day today food wise, I've not felt like I've had to try very hard and I've reduced my calorie intake quite a lot, I am well chuffed :)
Completed my 2nd day of the sit-ups challenge, managed 54 in my final set, pleased with that too.
Hoping I can keep it up and by Saturday my new weigh in will be about 69.5 - fingers crossed.
