My scale is tripping. There is no way I lost over a pound yesterday.

Core synergistics was hard yesterday! But I am looking forward to kenpo today.

Found a great salmon quiche recipe on here! Altered it a little, but it came out good.

Now I have to try to avoid the pizza that will be served today during our party in the office today. Shouldn't be too hard, I don't like pepperoni or sausage too much.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
