Yoga wasn't too bad yesterday! Since it was really my only workout (besides Michael Jackson on the Wii for half an hour), I tried to put more effort into it and really focus on my balance/core.

I watched core synergistics last weekend and it looks like fun! So hopefully it won't be too bad today. We shall see.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
