I don’t know how to change my goal weight on the app, but it’s not 160 anymore. I weigh 10 pounds more than I did last year and I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week so I know it’s good weight gain. I’m keeping on my healthy path and ignoring the scale. I want to be muscular, not skinny. Stupid numbers have so much mental influence.
