Wondering how much water people are drinking as I can't seem to find anywhere to log my water intake. So far I'm managing on average 3 pints a day but only when I'm home all day. Wondering how much I should be drinking? Do I include tea/coffee I wonder? And if I have alcohol, does this negate the water I've had throughout the day?

For track the water you have to go premium and let me tell you.. I have done that before. Waste of money. Have a 2L water bottle since you wake up next to you and drink it as you go.

There's apps for that I think. The premium does track water but it's waste of money. Also if I didn't include tea (herbal/green unsweetened) my water intake would be negative 🤣 especially in colder days all I drink is tea. Don't think alcohol would qualify it but coffee/tea for sure.
