Don't know what happened but was shaking and feeling anxious last night. Couldn't sleep so end up bingeing around an extra 1200 cals... OUCH!!!! So, just needing some ideas on how to make up for the 1200 extra cals. in the next couple days... Any ideas that won't kill me? LOL!!!
