Sunday = cheat day for me. I sleep so good on my cheat day that the week is so much easier to jump back in to my reg. routine. It works so good for me, only wish I had figured that out before I did to keep from beating myself silly for not keeping to my plan. I'm so phyched to get into the onederful 150's which I haven't seen in over 20 years.
Spring is in the air and summer is just around the corner. I usually get so very depressed this time of year but feel alot better so far this year, all thanks to FS and my AWESOME buddies!!!
