Who needs a stair-stepping machine when you work on the fifth floor?
Does it get any easier, ever?!? LOL
At the end of May, I decided to reduce my elevator use. I started walking the 5 flights when I come into work. At this point I usually do the stairs twice a day (5 flights x 2) with an occasional 3 peppered in. My goal is 3 sets a day.
