Bad day, bad choices, late night eating, and no movement all add up to a red arrow!

2 more weeks that I get to WFH, so stressing more than I should be.

Keep the faith y'all. We shall overcome...
239.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
