👍 OK this trucker has had a nice post op rest but I’m about to go stir crazy still sitting around the house. I called Dr to ask about being released back to work and they say I should wait until the 29th!! 🙄. Thank you Jesus for a healthy savings account!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great suggestions! Thanks! As a self proclaimed workaholic I may need to trade one addiction for another like trade out work for exercise. Some reality checks happing here too after cutting alcohol intake by 90% or so recently. Thanks to bro wannabehealthier. 👍
