Once you've been doing this long enough (not so much weight loss, but the healthy lifestyle) You really do learn to love it. Those of you who don't, give it time..

Ive gotten to the point now that a spinach salad with cucumbers, Tuna, hummus, and home made balsamic vinagrete dressing (made with extra virgin olive oil) sounds better to me than pizza.

steel cut oats with honey and an ounce of blueberries tastes so much better than a sausage McMuffin.

I totally know what you’re saying. My house is full of bad food temptations since we harbor two teenage girls. At first it was difficult but after about 3 months of clean eating the bad “food” didn’t even cross my mind any longer. After I stopped eating the junk, veggies started tasting a whole lot better too! I despised brussel sprouts for 30 something years. I love them now! They are probably my favorite, especially when sautéed in butter and bacon fat. Amazing!!

I eat salads everyday for lunch. Not because there's nothing else, but because I love spinach and being able to put together different combinations of veggies, different dressings, etc. Have you tried hemp hearts? But junk is still cool once in a while.

I know we have a slightly different idea about what constitutes healthy, but I just thought I'd come on and say that I just had an hour long workout and a 1600 calorie dinner between clients. :D More than half my days calories. Feed that burn!
