accountability journal: got to the gym this morning (aiming for 3X per week for weights) and did a 15 min warm up on treadmilll walking then 2 circuits of the machines in the PF 30 minute workout circuit. Did a 1 minute plank in between and after circuits (arms shaking by the second one) and some balance exercises. I've lost so much ground. But I went. 10 minuets meditation. A nice smoothie for breakfast and... work.
