A lot has been going on as it's been 6 days since Scott and I separated. Through that I seem to have lost track of things for awhile. Even though I haven't wanted to even get out of bed at least the last 2 days I have been making myself walk when I get up. However, I do need to start getting back into my workout sessions I was doing. I find myself starting things impulsively but I need to focus. To do what I need to and remember wether I am with Scott or not I want another child so not to give up. I can do this
