feeling good today - had a little mishap last night and ate 4 slices of an apple with chocolate but I'm back on track today - doing the best I can - knowing I'm not perfect - this is not a race and there will be times, events, weekends and parties that will tempt me and sometimes I loose the battle but you just wake up every morning and try again to get it right - I'm not beating myself up anymore - it doesn't help - trying to be kinder to myself on every level - some days will be better than others and you just keep at it never giving up

Great job on getting right back up and on track. That's why most people fail at diet's. They beat themselves up so much that they don't have the will to keep at it. I'm proud of you!
