These weekends are killing me. First meeting up with an old high school friend for dinner and the superbowl. Then the fundraiser event and a baby shower, coupled with Valentine's day. I need to stay on track not just during the week (when I manage to do extremely well!) but on the weekend too, so that I am not just playing cath up all week. Should be a real challenge with the 4-day President's day weekend coming up. Ugh!
227.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
