Surprised my weekly weigh-in is down. Out for supper last night... too much yummy home cooked food and wine. Disappointed with myself for my lack of self control. Let's try again this week.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
