The evil person who was stealing my dad's crabs finally stopped about a week ago. Today I went to his house for dinner. 8 blue crabs that were so full I almost couldn't finish them. Yummy! Before there wasn't enough crabs after the thief stole them to share them. Now we can. Much, much better. I decided to go back to the old atkins way. I'm no longer subtracting the fiber and doing net carbs. It seems to be working a lot better. And since I've been doing atkins since March I can go over 20 carbs per day. I just don't want to yet. So I'm restarting induction to jump start weight loss again. I'm hoping to go down to a size 16 (I'm size 18 now) by my son's class trip to busch gardens on the 22nd. Size 14 would be better but 16 will work. I'm also hoping the doctor will clear me to ride some rides when I'm there. Falcon's fury is opening and I want to ride rides!
