Yay...down 25 lbs today...so excited!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

You're doing a fantastic job!!! (just curious...) how come you don't use the food tracker on here? are you just following it out of the book, or the atkins website, or some other website for low carb??? either way...fantastic!!!

Thanks so much! I sometimes use fitday as my daily tracker and some days I just don't track it. I am following the atkins website and exercising daily too. Some days are tougher than others, but I haven't cheated yet. I so want to feel comfortable this spring and summer in the clothes I want to wear! So, as I see by body change with the weight loss, it is very motivating!
