I did go to the gym this morning, but was just not into it. I don't think I was there 30 minutes total. Guess I am in a slight funk, not even drinking hardly anything either. Things will get better soon I hope. Have a great day all.

Darn....days like that just feel cruddy! I'm sorry ;-( Any chance you really over-did this weekend and are just wiped out? Try doing something emotionally nurturing for you today. Maybe fix yourself something nice and healthy to drink too. Relax and hopefully feel the energy come back to you.

Thank You Cayln, Vickie, and Yolanda. I have just realized from looking back on my journals that stupid TOM is arriving this weekend. Maybe that has something to do with it. You all make me feel better when I read your comments, it's nice and I appreciate it.

A small workout is better than none. Sounds like TOM is the issue here! You do really great and are so dedicated. Being in a funk won't last so hang in there!

A small workout is definitely better than none. When you feel less energetic, just do it lighter. :) Things will definitely get better soon, you just have to be patient and keep the effort and rest assured you will start seeing results. :)
