So the last time I was here was 2017. I am quite surprised at my increase in weight from then to now. Not that I didn't know it, but seeing it in black and white is an eye opener for sure. And after buying a scale today (I haven't weighed myself in about a year), I had to add 2.2 lbs. to my weigh in at the doctor last month. Hah! Anyway, I'm back and determined to get my posterior down past 150 lbs at least. Onward!
