Fasted 23 hours. Made a *killer* vegetarian moussaka. OMG, delish!

Thank you! It came out really delicious, but even taking a few shortcuts it still took a couple of hours, and dirtier quite a few bowls and pots and pans,, so probably still a once-in-a-blue-moon affair. Cookbook says ~300 calories for a pretty generous serving.
