Hi there! I am healing from Fibromyalgia and last year I had lost 60 lbs only to regain 80- thanks COVID lol.. I am doing low cal CICO. I am also trying my hand at Yin yoga a couple times a week. Basically, I keep to myself.. I'm not into drama, but I enjoy seeing all the posts. Thanks for your support. I would like to get to a point in my life where I am flexible and pain free. Namaste.

I agree, keto is hard lol.. I have such a sweettooth 😭 having to do math to figure out my net carbs sucks hahaha I hate math 😜 Thx for the comments!

Hi everyone,
I have gained sooo much weight and looking to kickstart my weight loss with a KETO plan. I did one decades ago.. currently have been just watching the calories and trying to keep carbs low but ugh lol no willpower. Can anyone recommend a good grocery list for Keto; and/or what do you like to eat? I like my sweets, and I like crunchy. So, was thinking of doing PB and celery for crunch, and using Stevia glycerite for sweetening things up in a shake or such.. also; I know the goal is to stay under 20 g for carbs (not sure if glycerine has carbs lol) but is it a requirement that I have to pork out on fat? *also, sow many days before I get to pee on the strips? haha Thanks in advance for any advice!Very Happy
