How often do you incorporate sweet treats or 'cheat meals' in your diet? I've seen lots of varying opinions on this matter, and never really known what to do about it. I try to keep sweets as a once in a week treat.

When we started the journey in 2015 there were no treats/ cheats until the latter part of 2019. Since then we incorporated a treat day usually Saturdays sometimes the whole weekend 😀

Sounds lovely! I do very much the same, either Saturdays or Sundays to close off the week nicely :)
