Had a bit of an unexpected binge episode tonight... But that's okay. I know I have control over this. No one said coming back from disordered eating is easy.

How often do you incorporate sweet treats or 'cheat meals' in your diet? I've seen lots of varying opinions on this matter, and never really known what to do about it. I try to keep sweets as a once in a week treat.
