I did pretty well today. I actually went over 1000 calories today. After reading some of the replies to my post I realized that the one really big mistake is that I am not eating ENOUGH! I was trying so hard to keep my calories below 800 that I didn't realize I was sending my body into starvation mode. Glad I found out now and am working on how to increase my calories. Without the help of cookies and ice cream of course LOL!
