Stef, I've been wanting to try Kettle Bells...but haven't gotten them yet. Do you like them? I miss walking in the winter, and w/ my mom here at home, it's sometimes hard to get to the gym...so I just picked up another Walking DVD to do in my living room. (was getting to familiar w/ the Leslie Sansone one I have that it wasn't very challenging). So I spent the $10 and picked up Power Walk by the Biggest Loser group...and I like it. It has 4 individual mile segments...so you can do 1, or more at a time...and they are totally different that Leslie's ...so for now they are at least enjoyable. Let me know about the Kettle Bells, what do you like about them?
