Today was not a good day. I was soooooo tired all day couldn't stop sleeping all day and I never get headaches. Not since I was in my teens and twenties. Last night and today I had the worst headaches and nausea with them. Hope nothing is wrong. Today I was supposed to start my first challenge aerobics Ripped in 30, Jillian Michaels. I couldn't do anything less jumping around sweating and losing weight, and gaining muscles!!! sigh... not a good day.. now I feel guilty. I didn't even do my brazen abs today either. Sigh.... guess I will go back to bed. One good thing. Didn't eat much today. Hope all my FSB r doing MUCH better than me!!!

also whats going on. I cannot delete anything with the X.. like in our food diary and in our exercise diary... its not working!! Anyone else?

Hope you wake up feeling well rested and much better! Don't feel bad it is important to listen to your body and give it some rest when it asks for it!

I had that food diary problem about a month ago it resolved itself the next day though. If not try contacting fatsecret.
