"All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt."
Actually, chocolate can make life better. Dark chocolate may lower your risk of heart disease by reducing blood glucose and bad cholesterol while boosting levels of good cholesterol. The reason: Chocolate contains compounds called flavonoids, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Is that the cocoa that does that isn't it? I love the lindt 90% dark chocolate! It takes some getting used to but then it's yummy!

yea anything dark chocolate. even hershey's dark which I had half a bar tonite yummm

I used to hate black chocolate but it has become one of my main addictions prior to my sweets ban lol Sometimes I wonder whether I should consider it a sweet or not but I better play safe or I'll just stuff myself with chocolate all day long :P ...

lolol and me too I never liked dark chocolate.. but our tastes change I guess especially when we change our eating!! I love it now! I bought the "medium" bar of hershey's dark and just had 1/4 a day... it was worth it and I have more flavonoids in me lolol
