Before/after pics. The left pic is from a Christmas pajama party in December. The right pic is me in my work clothes last week. I am about halfway to my goal! Well, mathematically anyway; in fact I may increase my goal weight due to muscle mass- we shall see. Just working on health and a few more stubborn lumps of fat.
