2/5/11 2 weeks away--one at a 10 day retreat where I ate and ate and ate--the other was 4 days I was traveling for work and tried to be 'good'. I'm ok with gaining 2 lbs. I will be traveling a lot for work so will get used to my choices quickly. Goal is to work out when I travel--I didn't work out at all on either trip.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
