2/11/11 Trying very hard but to no avail. Working out 40 min/day fairly hard and watching my eating carefully. Will look at changing some component. It will work if I keep on keeping on!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.2 lb a week
