Hi Everbody!

I've lost a couple more pounds which I'm suprised about. I went away last weekend and I had a couple meals that were definatly not fat flush friendly. I tried my best though!

What I have done is up my excersize (30 minutes of running on a treadmill) three times a week on top of my 15 minutes of rebounding in the am and evening.

I'm having fun being creative with food. I made the mashed cauliflower recipe I found here and ate it with ground turkey mixed with onions, a bit of garlic, egg and spinach..cumin and cayenne to taste. It was pretty good. I put it in my daughters lunch today but just added a bit of salt to taste for her. Fingers crossed she'll eat it.

I'm continuing on Phase 1 a bit longer (this would be my third week) because I realized I was only drinking HALF the cran water I was suppose to be drinking. Duh.

So this week I am drinking the right amount. I feel really good. My closthes that I coudln't put on in the past is starting to fit! yaaay. And I'm starting to see results in the mirror. I don't feel a big belly when I'm sitting at my desk.

it's all about revealing what's already there.

143.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

That's great!! May I ask where you bought your rebounder? I went on craigslist and people are asking fo $100+ for one! I'm not spending that much for one...Your recipe sounds pretty good- comfort food sounding almost. I'll have to try it out! Thanks for sharing!
