With yesterday being 2 of my grandchildren's birthday I fell off the "diet". I ate bad yesterday not just cake and ice cream. I still lost a few ounces. One a week I'm thinking may not be all that bad of a thing to have a little goodie. I have no problem eating correctly for 5/6 days. It's when it come to do it for a year or so to lose all this fat I carry around and it is not an easy talk any more. I did good this past week.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 April 2014:
1484 kcal Fat: 55.55g | Prot: 92.48g | Carb: 158.10g.   Breakfast: Egg Whites International 100% Egg Whites, Scrambled Egg, Great Value Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, Strawberries. Dinner: Taco or Tostada Salad with Beef, Cheese and Corn Chips. Snacks/Other: Pear (Cooked or Canned), Pringles Original Potato Crisps, Peach. more...

Even my weight loss app gives the option of "saving up" for a treat here and there! You still lost and are making the effort so good for you!

Thanks, RugratX2, Instead of me white knuckling it through this weight lose, I have decided to journal my food and eat the proper foods for 6 days and then on Sunday eat a couple of cravings, but not over doing it. I do think the Sunday fest will fade away in no time. I have noticed that if I eat after 6:30 I do not lose. Have a great day.
