No weigh in today, since I went to bed at 5 a.m.

Don't know why I was so stressed last night, but pigged out on any crap "food" I could find starting after 11 p.m. and lasting until around 4:30 a.m.

So tired, but lil sis came by and did some magic on my feet and calves to reduce the swelling and pain. Now to see how I fare with my new project my boss sprang on me at 10 a.m. this morning. Heavy sigh!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
