well it's weekend again....Saturday and Sunday's being the 2 hardest days of the week for me (challenge wise) wheels just seem to fall off some how. Not that I'm eating bad...it's that I'm not eating enough. You tend to forget to eat when you're busy at home cleaning etc etc...but this weekend all of that is going to change!! Monday we start our next challenge and I'm hoping that I'll hit my target of 65kg's. Hubby is taking we shopping for jeans this weekend (brave him) I love this love/hate relationship with jeans. They either to long, to tight on the thigh but to loose on the waist what ever the case may be...there is always a issue. Many times I've gone out to look for jeans and came home with nothing, spend the following few days in a "depression cause I couldn't fit into anything" I'm praying that this little shopping trip will have the opposite effect. I've lost 6kg's in 12 week, so those jeans better fit LOL. I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday (she is also on challenge, she lost an amazing 9.8kg's in 12 weeks) and we were both saying that for the first time in like forever we are feeling fantastic about ourselves. It amazing that even though I only lost 6kg's I have this totally new outlook on life. My everything is just better. No headaches, joint aches (well except for my back but that's because I spend my day behind a laptop) but yes...life just seems brighter. To anyone that might read my little post for today, "we are all on this journey together, have a little faith in yourself that you can do this. It's not always easy and the wheels do fall off the bus, but then we are only human. We get up, shake it off and start again" That's what I've had to learn on my journey, and with each day that goes past it gets easier, because I feel and look AMAZING. We are all amazing, you just need to let your "amazing" out. #hugsallaround
