Well.....I'm starting again to try and maintain focus on my weight again. Every time I gain 2lbs or more my feet start to hurt. They say when you're sick and tired than one day you'll wake up and smell the coffee. I really hope this is the day.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
