My self-esteem is very high. I'm releasing serotonin (hormone that gives pleasure) because of physical execícios I've done.
This week even bought new clothes, I'm super happy.
I have lived this world healthy diets intensely. I'm even reading a book on anti-inflammatory diets of Dr. Perricone. I Recommend.
