Really pleased with myself, did not eat anything at work :) not one profiterole not one glacier cherry while making desserts but I got work tonight and tomorrow night and i just hope my will power is as strong. Bit of a headache today but it will go soon i hope.

Running out of ideas for breakfast that doesnt contain eggs ??

I have eggs all the time but mix them all up, make them different ways like scrambled, hard boiled, sunny side up. I also spice them differently each time, I always have a 'Special Spice' where I close my eyes and grab a spice (ever see the scene with Tom Hanks in Bachelor Party? "Paprika!!! ty ty ty, you made me the happiest spice in the wooorld) Then I also put different stuff in them, sometimes poblano peppers or anehime peppers or orange or yellow peppers. Meat too, sometimes pork or chicken, sausage or even beef. And that's all I have to say about thaaaat. ~tig
