Almost 1 week on atkins, cant wait to weigh myself tomorrow, ive been quite good except for eating a few of my daughters sweets last night which has slowed my fat burning down according to my ketostix but about to take my nephew for a walk in his buggy after a nice fatty omelette..that should help a bit.
