I feel great. This is the best challange. I am over my sugar and carb cravings. I am not eating so much, not quite as bloated. I do wonder about adding back in other foods. I may contine longer than a week with dinner being what the family is eating.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
